All of our products are unconditionally guaranteed. Scrapbook Super Center.com will offer a full product refund or exchange on any unopened product returned within the first 30 days of invoice. Returns received between 30 and 90 days of shipment will be issued store credit only. No returns will be accepted after 90 days of shipment.
All items must be in "as-new" resellable condition, in original packaging. Special orders, computer software, books, discontinued and clearance items are not returnable. Books are only returnable if damaged in transit, it will be replaced with the same title. Software is returnable if unopened otherwise it will only be replaced with the same title. There are absolutely no refunds on books, opened software, discontinued or clearance items. Order with a quantity of 10 or more are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Scrapbook Supercenter.com will not accept any returns shipped freight COD or COD. If you ship items to us via USPS please use First Class or Priority and Delivery Confirmation.
Return shipping is refundable if it is due to our mistake or merchandise is damaged in transit.
This form is for Damage Claims and Returns. You must fill out one of these forms to get an R.M.A. number before you return your merchandise.
If you return any merchandise without approval it will be refused and returned to you.
You will be notified by e-mail within 48 hours. If you do not give us a valid email address you cannot be notified about your return.
