This slotted tip quilling tool is designed to provide the smallest possible center in rolls and scrolls while still allowing the ease and comfort of using a rotary motion to roll the quilling paper.

Instructions: Place the tool in your right hand. Insert the end of the quilling paper into the slot at the end of the tool, allowing just enough quilling paper into the slot to hold the paper firm. While holding the quilling paper between your left thumb and index finger, begin to turn the tool with your right hand. As the paper begins to roll, maintain sufficient pressure on the paper to keep it rolling evenly around the tool. When the roll is completed, gently slide it off the end of the tool, taking care not to unravel the roll.
